What a legend!
💯 so good.
That was beautiful 😍
@@oldlifter530 sure was my friend. It was a chef's kiss.
Don’t forget the post workout chiropractor regimen
You mean prehab exercises?
❤
yes!
Pregunto en qué beneficia ese ejercicio
The Stronger your grip, the easier it is for you to do bar work during exercises and is synonymous with a better lifestyle and longer mortality.
This study, published in The Lancet, shows that grip strength is associated with a variety of mortality causes, and yes, it is a better predictor than systolic blood pressure for cardiovascular mortality. However, there is a difference between correlation and causation. In the same study, the authors concluded with this sentence: 'Further research is needed to identify determinants of muscular strength and to test whether improvement in strength reduces mortality and cardiovascular disease.' There is no evidence, based on this study, that increasing grip strength can lead to reduced mortality. It is just an indicator. People who are nearing death often have weaker grip strength. This is the interpretation I derived from this study: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25982160/ Please correct me if I'm wrong or if we are not discussing the same study.
Damn thats good 👍
Sure is! 🙌🏻
That was torture
That’s not a pull up at all man come now
It is. It’s the next level of pull-ups.
Look after yourself bro...keep going!
Promo_SM ✅

What's Your Prediction? Drop it on the comments below...
Great little goals!
Nice bro. Need that. 👊
What’s the prescribed wait for males and females
50/35kg
Power. Nice bro.
Lol this guy is trying to hinder our recovery by redamaging muscle fibres from probably the exact exercise that got us so sore in the first place.
😂 so your take on recovery is do nothing an endure the pain? You do you. 😁
@@CrossFitFibreisn't soreness because of muscles getting cut, so isn't is stupid to ask for more force when the body is healing? Is like a rubber band asking to get heal cutting more
No mate, your muscles are not "severed or cut" they fray off. to assist in the healing, movement or "more squatting" helps to realign them again, so they can reattach again. Also not asking to smash the same weights/volume.
❤❤❤
Now show us the studies where you took this idea. Thanks.
Exercise physiology 101,102,103, University.
For most of the people If you have doms you should do the exercise you did before
Thank you, but I hate you, truly not what I wanted to hear😂😂😂
😂😂😂 #sorrynotsorry
Me 11 and I can lift that
Can u? Tag us in video. :) 🙌👊
That face, though when you bust 😂
I can't 😢
You can buddy. You can do it. 👊🏻
That face tho 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂 yeah if you know you know
Seriously? I cant even squat to actually 'squat' on the toilet, let alone doing more than one 😭
Oh dear. It will get better. :)
How good?
Thanks bro
Your welcome bro. 🤙🏻
Let us know if you like the video..🤙
You sound like a Whiterun guard
…ima have to Google that..😂
I would rather not become an expert at flopping like a fish
you can be an expert at being miserable and unhappy then.
Im suffering from DOMS now and the thought of doing a squat to help😵🥴. Think I'd scream in pain 🙈 Im in agony 😢
Don't do heaps or quickly. Just a few. You'll be alright...🤙😁
Get up and go normally button
yeah, the vanilla version. ;)
Next line "Do it, a proper pull up"
Ok. Heard that one before. :)
i imagine you have :)@@CrossFitFibre
Is this man encouraging crossfit...
Yes. 😬🤙🏻
@@CrossFitFibre you do you, but can you tell me why you do crossfit?
@@samchatterton1775 exactly. It’s the closest intensity to any sporting code in a gym setting. Like I used to play rugby but I can’t now, some workouts remind me of it minus the injuries and body slamming.
That's how I got DOMS😂
😂💯
Same😂
My muscle are sore because i did 50 squats day before yesterday. I think squats are more effective than leg press.
Hey mate, it’s about how much damage you do compared. If you did 50 leg presses you’d be just as sore. Somehow you did more damage with 50 squats. 🤙🏻
hey me too
No it only cracked my legs though
from 2 to 4 is a 100 percent increase
This is bad advice
Sorry buddy, sounds bad but it actually works. 🤣 do it.
@@CrossFitFibre no it doesn't tf
Yeah when you have doms your muscle fibers are literally dead and this guys talking about doing squats🤣
I can't do squats my legs are too sore
Recommend buying some dit da jow and applying it after each leg workout, gets rid of a lot of potential soreness later on.
